The website provides event, community, sponsor, media and industry-resource information. It does not provide legal, financial, engineering, safety or other professional advice.

Events and schedules

Oilfield Tailgate gatherings are planned for eligible afternoon and evening OU home games. Each party begins three hours before kickoff and ends at kickoff. Morning football games do not have an Oilfield Tailgate.

Kickoff times, event plans, venue access and other details may change because of weather, safety, university or venue decisions, or circumstances outside Oilfield Tailgate's reasonable control. Review the current calendar and the linked official schedule before traveling.

Tickets, sponsorships and payments

Packages and payment choices are subject to availability and confirmation. Eventbrite is the final authority for prices, fees, taxes, deadlines and other checkout information shown in its system. Direct payment arrangements must be confirmed with Oilfield Tailgate so the payer, package and sponsor recognition can be matched correctly.

Refund, credit, transfer and cancellation terms are the terms displayed at purchase or confirmed in writing for a direct arrangement. Do not send payment to an account or person unless the current instructions have been verified through the Sponsor & Tickets page or with Matt directly.

Attendance and conduct

Visitors attend voluntarily and must follow applicable law, venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Adults are responsible for the children and guests they bring. Oilfield Tailgate or the venue may refuse or end participation when conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive or harmful to others.

Outside websites and information

Links to sponsors, associations, ticketing, payments, maps, calendars, social networks, podcasts and other third parties are provided for convenience. Oilfield Tailgate does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, security, accuracy or policies.

Site content and responsibility

Oilfield Tailgate names, logos, original writing, photographs and other site materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except for ordinary sharing that links back to this website. Sponsor names and logos belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Oilfield Tailgate is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on outdated third-party information, unavailable services or events outside its reasonable control.
