More than a tailgate
Oilfield Tailgate has never been only a date on the football schedule. From the early Campus Corner gatherings to the years at Othello's, it is the people who drove to Norman, brought customers and families, introduced friends, tipped the servers, stayed for the band and kept the energy community connected.
These photographs and videos preserve the faces, stories and small moments that can disappear too quickly. The full media stays in Google Photos, Amazon Photos, Dropbox and OneDrive so this website remains fast while the history stays available. Source-file totals remain separate from the curated master until duplicate review is complete.
The archive
Choose a season or open the curated master. Annual albums open in Google Photos; recovered source sets stay in their original clouds while the strongest duplicate-free additions are selected.
The curated collection
The Google Photos master currently spans September 3, 2011 through September 4, 2026. The 32-photo OU–Texas Tech recovery is now included; other 2010–2016 and 2023 source sets remain published separately until duplicate-free curation is complete.

Amazon Photos source · one dated original received
The owner-supplied filename records November 12, 2016, and the photograph preserves an unmistakable OU gathering at the Tailgate. Oklahoma hosted Baylor in Norman that day. The full Amazon collection remains linked while its dates and duplicates are reviewed.

A GPS-tagged September 2 sample lands at Othello's. The full Dropbox folder is public while its strongest photographs and drone footage are curated against the 56-item annual album.

Camera metadata begins August 30 and September 13, 2014. Both folders remain available while duplicates, social-media exports and the best video moments are reviewed.

The official Oilfield Tailgate Facebook album was matched to the October 26 home game at Othello's. All 32 cleared photographs are now in the 2013 annual album and the curated master. Exact camera times were unavailable.
26 source photos across two Google Photos sets
Nineteen photographs are dated September 10–11. Seven more are dated October 22 and visually match the October 20 OU–Kansas home-game weekend.

The first-year OneDrive recovery preserves September 4 and September 11 photographs from the original Campus Corner era before the archive settled into its later home.
New owner sources
The links remain available while filenames, capture dates, venue clues and duplicates are checked. Amazon Photos may ask visitors to use a supported browser or its app. Each source will move into the correct season only when the evidence supports it.
In the verification queue
Every candidate stays visible in the working ledger. Exact duplicates are blocked, originals are preserved, and uncertain dates remain unplaced until the evidence agrees.
The official Facebook album is logged. Full acquisition, visual review and comparison against the 2013 Google album remain open before any item is counted.
A second 2023 photo folder overlaps the 789-file public source. Nine filename-and-size candidates remain for visual and hash review.
Four 2021 post groups and one 2022 post group are visually confirmed below; annual-album comparison is still open.
18.43 GB of dedicated September 2023 video was located. Content review and duplicate fingerprinting are pending.
Two full-resolution files were located in a dedicated November 11 folder; visual review is pending.
Every owner-supplied link is preserved, but none enters a year total until dates and contents can be verified.
How a memory earns its year: album date, camera timestamp, GPS, filename, OU home-game schedule, venue clues and captions are compared together. A source count is never added to the curated total until duplicates and unrelated visits are removed.
Artifacts from the seasons
Original one-page files recovered from owner storage preserve the companies that helped carry four seasons. These optimized public renditions keep the source PDFs untouched.
Recovered from the official feed
The connected Oilfield Tailgate IFTTT archive preserved these Instagram source images and post dates from 2021–2022. They are published as a recovered source set while comparison against the annual Google albums continues.
Post timestamps document the archive record; they are not substituted for original camera capture times. These 17 source images remain outside the 3,399-item curated total until stable-media and visual duplicate checks are complete.
